Each trench coat and evening dress undergoes quality inspection before shipment to ensure it meets our high standards. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is processed.

Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, package weight/dimensions, and selected shipping method. Exact costs display at checkout before payment completion. We offer free standard shipping for orders exceeding $200 USD.

4. Shipping Destinations
We ship to over 120 countries worldwide. Some remote locations may have limited options or additional surcharges. We cannot ship to PO boxes or military addresses. Please check our website for specific country availability.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link to monitor your package’s journey in real-time through our website or carrier’s platform.

6. Customs and Import Duties
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and related fees imposed by their country’s regulations. These charges are not included in product prices or shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

7. Delivery Issues
For lost packages, significant delays (exceeding 25 business days), or damaged items, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. Provide photos for damaged items. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve promptly.
